I would like to nominate this person for the Bill Mann Service Hero Award. They joined the hospital staff at a time when we were extremely busy and there was limited time for training. This person never complained or made excuses. They just jumped right in, asked the right questions and made things happen. This person is efficient, dependable, and extremely organized. They are always willing to go the extra mile for the staff, patients and family members. This person has a kind spirit and gentle soul but can change gears when necessary to insure things are completed in a timely manner. I have seen this person bring a patient pecan pie because they heard him say he liked it with ice cream. This person has gone to Fred’s and bought a patient pajama pants because his family wasn’t around to care for him or his needs. On St. Patrick’s Day and on Easter this person brought everyone happies. This person works well with others including the physicians and those employees from other departments. I think this person represents TGH as an example of a “Pickle Employee” and I want them to know how much they are appreciated. Please consider this person as the recipient of the Bill Mann Service Hero for this month.
