Sometimes the people in the background do so much for each one of us in different ways that we do not stop and consider how much they do for our facility which benefits our residents and staff. I would like for this person to be considered for service hero. He is more times than not in the background working out solutions or helping department heads deal with areas that normally each one of us would like to forget at times. He is always positive with dealing with negative things, has the facility and staff at heart and the residents are his end goal to help. His Sunday school class comes up here and provides services for our residents of which he is an active part. I would like to nominate him for the service hero award as I feel there are many times he goes above and beyond to find a resolution to some needed areas.
